to our Villa's, #115 and #125 Breakers! They are located on an elevated first floor and both provide fantastic panoramic and
unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Many first floor Villa's sit so low that the dunes obstruct your view. NOT THESE
VILLA's!
#115 Breakers is ABSOLUTELY OCEANFRONT, within 20 feet of the start of the Dunes! #125 Breakers is located
in the center of the Breakers 'Horse Shoe' and provides a straight - on, unobstructed view overlooking the pool and
onto the Beach!
You can see it all! AND... You just cannot get any closer... a two minute walk to the Beach! Don't
be mistaken by other Oceanview Villa's that sit far from the Beach, claiming to be Oceanfront. #115 Breakers is ABSOLUTELY
OCEANFRONT! AND... #125 Breakers might as well be!
#115 has been remodeled and is in great shape! All the floors,
bath, furnishings and appliances are in Great Condition!. The kitchen is equipped with modern cabinets and top of the line
Silestone countertops. Your perfect vacation rental has just become even better! Sleeping accommodations include a master
Bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area and a bunk-bed (two singles) area located off
the main hallway.
#125 was TOTALLY renovated in 2009 (floors,
ceilings, windows, doors and walls) and redecorated (all new furniture, wood floors, ceramic tile (Bath), Kitchen Cabinets,
Granite Counter Tops, electronics, appliances, Washer, Dryer, wall hangings and paintings, with all new plumbing fixtures
including stool and Glass Enclosed Shower. It even has a make-up vanity. It has a contemporary ocean cottage feel, with an
excellent view of the ocean and heated pool. Sleeping accommodations include a Master Bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a
queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.
The Breakers complex is comprised of 120 separate units in a three story-building complex. There are only 45 direct oceanfront
units in this complex and YOU can be in one of them! Located on the first floor, there is no hassle of walking up flights
of stairs. Our Villa's are perfectly situated to take advantage of true oceanfront living! There is also an impeccably maintained
oceanfront pool PLUS a Kiddies pool just a few steps away. All surrounded by a large sun deck area with lounge chairs provided.
Breakers is located in the popular Forest Beach area. Coligny Plaza, famous for it's over 60 shops and restaurants is located
immediately across the street. An abundant amount of top quality island golf courses are minutes away.

Our Villa's are non-smoking with no pets allowed. 30% Deposit plus refundable security (1st time guests only) required to
reserve. Must be occupied by an Adult 25 years or older. All Rates include cleaning services. 11% South Carolina tax additional.
