years. It remains as one of the most popular vacation spots that the Carolinas' have to offer.
We invite you to
view all four of our vacation properties, available for long- or short-term rental. Three Villa's are Direct Oceanfront providing
unobstructed and panoramic views of the Beach and Ocean. Our newest addition is a fabulous Oceanview property with straight
on unobstructed views of the pool and ocean!
By renting directly from 'the owner', rental company fee savings
are passed on directly to you. As we manage these properties ourselves, you will be assured of our attention and care to provide
your family and friends with updated, clean and trouble free accommodations; making your Vacation experience the best you
could have ever imagined!
With pride, we have completely refurbished and remodeled our 505 Ocean One and 115 Breakers
units in 2004. 313 Ocean One was remodeled in 2005. They are in Great condition!
Our newest addition, 125 Breakers, was remodeled in 2008! All are exceptional
properties and are Clean, Bright, Roomy and Very Well Maintained!
Our Villas are perfectly situated in the heart
of the Island, in the Forest Beach / Coligny Plaza area of Hilton Head. The Ocean One and Breakers complexes are located within
a few minutes walking distance to each other, so for those with multiple unit needs, these Villas are perfect!
